The first tavern was built under the name of “Demir Ali” at the beautiful coast of Makri. A tasteful landmark of the region was established.

A powerful renovation was born, in the indigenous Greek traditional way. The “Ai Yiorgis Tavern” becomes the favorite restaurant of locals and visitors of the broad Evros region.
